Do you plan to rent in the Town of Harwich?

You maybe eligible for the

Harwich Housing Authority Revolving Loan – Rental Assistance Program

Funds will not be available to anyone receiving other rental assistance.

Applications for this program are available now with eligibility details included.

 AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITY IN CHATHAM

The Chatham Housing Authority is pleased to announce the availability of funds to assist First Time Home Buyers.
Applications are available NOW at the Chatham Housing Authority, 240 Crowell Road, Chatham. Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you cannot come to our office, please visit our website at www.chathamha.org ; or give us a call at 508-945-0478 and we will send you the application.
To qualify you must be a first time home buyer with an income at or below 80% of area median income for Barnstable County. A schedule of income will be attached to the application and is posted on our website at www.chathamha.org.
We encourage anyone interested to pick up an application and read through the material.
A deed restriction is required with this program.
Funding for this program was made possible by the Town of Chatham’s Community Preservation Fund.
Applications will be taken on a rolling basis; therefore there is no deadline.
Each application will be placed on a Ready to Buy List if all requirements have been met.
